 康复引导员 rehab conductor

● 职位要求：Qualifications

1、有爱心、责任心和奉献精神，对特殊儿童工作感兴趣，愿意吃苦耐劳。 Be loving, responsible, devoted, and hardworking. An interest in working with special needs children.

2、善于学习，有上进心和创新精神。Eager to learn and self-motivated

3、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills

4、康复、医学类或特殊教育类专业毕业，从事康复或特殊教育工作2年以上者优先。An undergraduate degree in rehabilitation, medicine, special education, or related fields. Preference is given to those with 2+ years of experience working in the fields of rehabilitation or special education.  

5、医学类中专以上毕业，有3年以上临床或护理工作经验者优先。Preference is given to graduates of medical school and those with 3+ years of experience in clinical or nursing work. 

● 工作职责：Job description

给脑瘫儿童做康复训练；给脑瘫儿童做评估并制定康复训练方案；完成引导式教育课程。Conduct rehab treatment for CP children, assess and design inpidualized rehab treatment plan, teach conductive education classes
