Vision

To enable people with cerebral palsy to integrate into society and create futures of their own. 

Mission

In order to help people with cerebral palsy create a better future, we combine rehabilitative training with special education (Lyu’s Acupressure and Conductive Education) to stimulate and foster CP children’s self-care, self-reliance, self-esteem basic life skills and personality. We aim to establish and to develop a system of lifelong services for CP people, including children’s wellness center (with rehab and preschool-educational system), teenager center (with rehab and educational system), sheltered workshop (with rehab system), and nursing home (with rehab system), for them to lead a normal life with dignity.
