Visit and Drop Off/Pick Up

1. In order for your child to adapt to the new environment, within his/her first month of enrollment, please call our director of rehabilitation in advance if you wish to visit your child. (Though not recommended, you may visit and see your child indirectly.)

2. After the adjustment period, you may visit your child at CereCare during the weekends (Saturday afternoon or Sunday).

3. Under certain circumstances, if you need to visit your child on a weekday, you may visit him/her during lunch or before dinner. In order to not disturb other children, parents must wait in the waiting room during classes.

4. When you visit CereCare, please obey all regulations and coordinate with our daily management.

5. You must fill out a form providing a list of guardians with permission to visit and drop-off/pick-up your child. CereCare will not authorize anyone who is not on the list or comes alone to visit or pick-up your child.

6. If your child contracts contagious or acute (sudden onset) diseases, we will contact you (or another guardian) immediately so you can pick up your child for further medical assistance. Please present a doctor’s note before your child can return to CereCare.

7. Drop-off and pick-up policies are strictly enforced by the entrance guard so that every visit is registered. Anyone underage is forbidden to drop-off or pick-up a child.
